La Ca’ Solare is an ecological farm from 1800 century, close to Pisa and Florens, on a sweet hill where you can relax and be amazed by the wonderful sunsets of Tuscany’s countryside.
We are a Swedish-Italian family of five that are joyfully committed to harmonising our life with Nature and treading as lightly as possible in an “ecological journey” that is developing step by step.

THE ECOLOGICAL FARM
We produces olives, fruits, vegetables like asparagus and artichoches according to the ecological philosophy and we aim to reduce the use of fossil materials to a minimum.
In the farm you can buy fresh organic vegetables and typical products directly from the farm, such as oliveoil, marmelades, honey and wine.

ACCOMODATION
We have two comfortable well furnished cottages, one with private terrace (2-4 beds). Three large apartments with double and twin rooms en suite (4-6 beds).
We also offer B&B rooms with private bathroom and ecological breakfast buffet.
All the cottages and apartments have typical Tuscan antique furniture and private sitting area in the garden.

THE KITCHEN
We offer rich and healthy breakfast buffet and meals with organic products. Meals are made of daily fresh products, from our own farm with additions from local farmers and producers. All ingredients are from Tuscany and prepared with passion by Henrik.

EVENTS
We offer two spacious rooms of 55mq and 90mq, with beautiful vaulted roof suitable for workshops, conferences, yoga retreats and any kind of cultural activity. There is also the possibility to order meals prepared by us or have access to the kitchen for self catering.

ACTIVITIES & CLASSES
At the farm you can book cooking classes, enjoy the pool with fantastic view over the hills and visit the farm animals. There are also hiking and running trails starting from the farm and the possibility to book wine tasting at local and organic producers. We will also share with you many gems of a Tuscany known only to a few.
